Registration Guideline

ICKMDS 2025 is a face-to-face conference. Participants can register online (pre-registration) or onsite. Online pre-registration is highly recommended.

If you encounter any problems during the online registration process, please contact the secretariat at ickmds@kmds.or.kr. We can resolve the problem more quickly if you send us (a) screenshot(s) of the error.

Modifying registration information is only available until the pre-registration deadline (October 1, 2025 (by 23:59 KST)). However, you cannot modify the registration information if you already complete the payment.

Once the secretariat confirms the remittance of registration fee, an email confirming payment will be sent.

If you are a student (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD), please register under the Trainee rate.

ICKMDS 2025 Travel Grant recipients registered under the Trainee (Resident) or Allied Health Professional categories are required to present documents verifying their status as such, including a valid student ID, an institutional affiliation certificate, or other supporting documents, upon grant collection.

Payment Method

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is only available through the online registration. Please note that online registration is only available on PC (NOT available on mobile).

All service charges on credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.

Wire Transfer

All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.

The sender's name should be the registrant's name.

Please contact secretariat (ickmds@kmds.or.kr) if the sender’s name and registrant’s name are not match.

Remittances related to sanctioned countries — including the Crimea Region, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Iran, Laos, Lebanon, Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Russia, and Syria (as of May 21, 2025) — as well as entities and individuals designated by OFAC, the UN, and the EU, are restricted. Note: The list of sanctioned countries is subject to change.

Receipt for the Registration Fee

Receipt for the registration fee can be viewed and downloaded at the “My Page” after payment. Please note that it might take up to 7 days to issue the receipt in case of wire transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat by e-mail (ickmds@kmds.or.kr).

Letter of Invitation

The Organizing Committee is pleased to provide a Letter of Invitation for participants of 5^th International Conference of Korean Movement Disorder Society (ICKMDS 2025) who require it for their visa application to visit Korea.

Please be advised that the Letter of Invitation will be provided only to the participants who have completed the registration with the full payment.
