Payment Method

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.

All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.

The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.

Bank Transfer

All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.

A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.

If the remitter’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the OTS KOREA 2027 Secretariat(info@otskorea2027rm.kr).

The registrant’s and remitter’s names should be stated in the email.

Kindly take note of the applicable registration deadlines. Registration fees are contingent upon the date of payment receipt in our account, and they will be adjusted accordingly if payment is not received by the specified deadline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before Pre-Registration Deadline (Until January 21, 2027)	Full Refund
After Pre-Registration Deadline (After January 21, 2027)	No Refund

If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the Secretariat at info@otskorea2027rm.kr.

Once you submit your cancellation(refund) request, the secretariat will review and process it. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to complete.

All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund.

All the valid refund will be proceeded within 30days after the last day of the conference.

Letter of Invitation

The Organizing Committee is pleased to provide a Letter of Invitation for participants of the Oligonucleotide Therapeutics Society Regional Meeting Korea 2027 (OTS Korea 2027), who require it for their visa application to visit Korea.

Please be advised that the Letter of Invitation will be provided only to the participants who have completed the registration with the full payment.

To request the Letter of Invitation, please send an email to the secretariat at info@otskorea2027rm.kr with your registration information.

Receipt for the Registration Fee

You can download your registration receipt from My Page → Registration → Receipt.

Please note that it might take up to 7 days to issue the receipt in case of wire transfer.

Certificate of Attendance

All pre-registered attendees will be able to access and print their certificate of attendance from the ‘My Page- Registration’ section of the website after the conclusion of the conference.

On-site registrants should contact info@otskorea2027rm.kr after the conclusion of the conference.
