Application Guideline

KMDS will provide the travel grant for those who fulfill the conditions below.
(Condition 1) completed the full payment for the registration fee.
(Condition 2) co-authors of poster or oral presentation (only two authors of each abstract can apply for the travel grant for each abstract)

You can only access the travel grant application page after the full payment of the registration fee.

Each Account (ID) can apply the travel grant one time.

You can modify the application form by October 1, 2025 (by 23:59 KST), at the “My Page”.

ICKMDS 2025 Travel Grant recipients registered under the Trainee (Resident) or Allied Health Professional categories are required to present documents verifying their status as such, including a valid student ID, an institutional affiliation certificate, or other supporting documents, upon grant collection.

Travel Grant

The Travel Grant is exclusively provided to approved applicants and will be disbursed in cash, in person, at the Travel Grant Distribution Room on November 1, 2025, between 13:00 and 17:00.

During collection, recipients must present a valid identification card or passport for verification and sign a receipt confirming the reception of the grant.

Proof of presentation delivery is also required during collection. Oral presenters should visit the Grant Distribution Room after their oral presentation. Poster presenters must provide a photograph of their displayed poster.

Proxy collection is strictly prohibited. Only the approved applicant may collect the grant.

Bank transfers or any other alternative payment methods are not available.

Grants not collected within the specified timeframe (13:00-17:00 on November 1, 2025) will be forfeited.
