Application Guideline

KMDS will provide the travel grant for those who fulfill the conditions below.
(Condition 1) completed the full payment for the registration fee.
(Condition 2) co-authors of poster or oral presentation (only two authors of each abstract can apply for the travel grant for each abstract)

You can only access the travel grant application page after the full payment of the registration fee.

Each Account (ID) can apply the travel grant one time.

You can modify the application form by October 30, 2023 (by 18:00 KST), at the “My Page”.

Travel Grant

The Travel Grant will be provided onsite at the preview room with cash. Please bring your identification card or passport for identification. You will be requested to fill out the receipt to confirm the receiving of the travel grant.

Travel Grant is provided only to approved applicants, and as the policy is 'On-site payment', please be especially careful not to miss out, during the ICKMDS 2023 (December 1-2, 2023).
