If candidates for the award do not complete the full payment of registration by the registration deadline (October 1, 2025), both their abstract and position as a candidate will be withdrawn.

If you receive an acceptance notice for the oral presentation, this means that you have won the Best Oral Award as well. All winners of the Best Oral Award will present their abstracts during the oral presentation session.

The winners of the Best Poster Award will be determined during the conference based on the review conducted by the ICKMDS Academic Committee.
